Exchange & Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards.

For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear photos of the issue.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Approved claims may be eligible for exchange only.

We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

• The ordered item is unavailable after payment.

• A verified damaged or defective product cannot be replaced.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
